We do not have staff sat by the phone but we do have a customer service telephone number 01366 386974. It is usually on answerphone but if you leave as many details as possible we will call you back as soon as we possibly can. [We do not accept any advertising sales calls and our telephone number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service].
Making A Purchase Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

When placing your order we ask that you provide us with a contact telephone number. This will only be used in relation to your order and will help us to deal with any queries that arise quickly and efficiently.

Alternatively, please feel free to telephone us between 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. and we will be happy to help. Please make sure you have a note of the product name.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Deliveries will not be made on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.

Postage is charged at the flat rate of £2.95. We do not ship outside of the UK.

All orders are despatched within 48 hours (usually 24) by Royal Mail first class post. Delivery takes three to five working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee this service and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Occasionally it will be necessary to deliver via courier. Should this be the case we will contact you prior to sending.

Information regarding courier deliveries:

- At the present time we only deliver within mainland UK. Delivery to areas outside of the mainland can be arranged at an additional cost.

- Our courier service makes deliveries between 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday.

- All orders can be sent to a different address from your billing address, allowing your delivery to arrive, for example, at your place of work. Just let us know when placing your order.

- Should you wish your orders to be left without a signature this is done so entirely at your own risk.

- If all reasonable attempts to deliver have failed, carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable and will be charged at cost.


We cannot be held responsible for items lost through delivery. We always obtain proof of postage and will provide this in connection with any subsequent claims.

If you need to amend or add to your order we ask that you contact us by email as soon as possible as all orders are despatched within 48 hours (usually 24). If your parcel has not yet left our premises then we can of course oblige. Once the order has been dispatched any amendments will be treated as a separate order and postage and packing charges will apply.

We would remind customers that it is their duty to ensure that they provide the correct postal address for delivery(including postcode) when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items being sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that has been provided to us.

Goods lost will be replaced free of charge.
Tax Charges We are not registered for VAT.
Credit Card Security All payments are currently processed through our merchant account with PayPal. You do not need to hold a PayPal account to be able to make payment.

Your card information is held on a PayPal server which is electronically and physically guarded. They are also protected by an electronic firewall and they are not directly connected to the internet. Your card information is then encrypted in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) at 128-bits, which is the highest level available commercially.

Only Fair does not see the card details and cannot gain access to them.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no quibble guarantee.

We have tried to describe our products and provide photos that are as accurate as possible, When you place an order we would ask you to bear in mind that many of our items are hand made and because of this there are likely to be slight variations to products in colour, size and detailing. We would also remind you that photos will sometimes appear a different colour on different monitors.

Some of the products we sell do contain small parts and care should therefore be taken around children.

Hand made and hand dyed fabrics require extra care and you should ensure you follow any instructions that are attached. Sunlight and some detergents can cause the colour to fade.
Privacy Policy At Only Fair we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We may use your information to contact you for your views on our services, to send you updated information and to notify you occasionally about important changes to our website or services. If you do not wish to receive such information please email us at sales @onlyfair.co.uk subject "Please remove my details from your register".

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address and
credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Returns Policy For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns on pierced earrings.

Should you be dissatisfied with your order for any reason we ask that you contact us to try and resolve any problems. Should you wish to return your goods we ask that you contact us to say that they will be returned. We ask that the goods are returned within 7 working days in their original condition for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be adequately packaged to protect from damage and you will bear the cost of such return.

If your goods arrive faulty please contact us and we will deal with the problem in accordance with your legal rights.
Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to another order when placed. If goods are damaged we ask that you notify us within 3 working days.

You do not have to give us a reason for making a return but doing so will help us to improve our future customer service.

Remittance Terms All prices quoted exclude the delivery price.

All orders placed online must be accompanied by payment. All orders sent via mail order must be accompanied by a cheque or credit card details.
